History: Mike Potter purchased S/N 1206 from Harry Whereat. Harry had never flown on this plane. He restored S/N 1206 to its RCAF target and communications. In 2010, Vintage Wings of Canada received a mandate to operate the aircraft; fully evaluate the entire airframe structure; repair; rebuild as necessary and reassemble to serviceable condition.

There are only 24 complete Lysander's and only 2 Flyer's in the world. This is one of them.
