Located in the Volodarsky district of the Astrakhan region, 115 km. below the city of Astrakhan in picturesque places of the Volga delta next to the Caspian peals (GPS coordinates N46.14343 E48.86909).

The hotel is a floating landing stage (non-self-propelled vessel), built in 2011 according to an individual project, 17.7 m long and 8.15 m wide.

The room capacity is represented by 6 double and two 3-bed rooms, which can accommodate 18 people at the same time.

The rooms have: two single beds (with the possibility of transforming into a double bed for double rooms) and a single bed with a 2-tier bed in a 3-bed room, a bedside table, built-in shelves for clothes, a hanger, a separate bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin), double-glazed windows with a mosquito net, an air conditioning system, heaters.

The number of rooms is presented on the left side of the landing stage on 2 floors (sleeping wing), and on the right side on the first floor there is a cafe with a kitchen; on the second floor above the cafe there is a cozy mess room (bar).

The cafe and bar premises also have air conditioning systems, all the furniture is made according to individual sketches from wood, and decorated in a “pirate” style.

The room has an autonomous water purification system; hot and cold water is supplied using a 300-liter ARISTON electric heater.

In 2018, a major overhaul was carried out, equipment and inventory were replaced, and the bottom was completely replaced (ship steel 6 mm thick.)

The fire guard belongs to one owner on the basis of a ship's ticket and is registered with the GIMS of the Astrakhan region.

The adjacent territory of the forest plot with a total area of ​​0.2563 hectares was leased for a period of 49 years.

Can be used as a ready-made business (a client base has been developed, agency agreements have been concluded).

A floating hotel can be effectively operated at a new mooring location at your discretion, including to increase the number of rooms, etc.
