plant DESCRIPTION
Machine consists of a main body (cabin), Elevator, separator, filter, dedusting systems and the system of pipes, control panel and turbine. All the places inside the body which contact the pellets covered with wear plates 12-14 Mn. The camera is equipped with rubber perforated tape.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
Materials for sandblasting manually placed inside the machine, closed the lid and setting comes into effect. Then comes the turbine that the flow fraction cleaning materials. Steel shot and grit during operation is fed into the base of the machine here with the spiral enters the Elevator, from the Elevator to the separator. In the separator roll is cleaned of dust, dust enters the filter, and the purified fraction in the turbine. The dust passes through dry type of mechanical filtration. The purified air is blown by a fan.
