Historical information:

BMP-3 - Soviet and Russian tracked infantry fighting vehicle, designed to transport personnel, increase their mobility, armament and security on the battlefield. Development of the BMP-3 began in 1977 year in SKBM (Kurgan), and the vehicle was put into service in 1987 year. Serial production started in 1989 at the Kurgan Machine-Building Plant. The BMP-3 was first publicly demonstrated at a parade in Moscow in 1990.

BMP-3 became a significant step forward compared to its predecessors, featuring powerful combined weapons and improved protection. The vehicle was actively used in various conflicts, including Chechnya, Syria, and Yemen. There are numerous modifications, including command, naval and reconnaissance variants.
