Operating principle of a full cycle cement plant:
1. Initial raw materials - limestone, clay, additives - are delivered to the warehouse, where crushing, drying and loading into storage silos is carried out;
2. From the silos, the material is unloaded onto belt dispensers and enters the ball mill;
3. Grinding is carried out in a ball mill to a fraction of 100-200 microns and discharged into a homogenization silo;
4. In the homogenization silo, the composition of the raw materials is equalized to obtain a final product that is stable in composition;
5. From the homogenization silo, the raw material mixture enters the preheating cyclones, and is then fired in a rotary kiln at temperatures up to 1500 degrees and passes through a cooler into an intermediate bunker;
6. From intermediate bunkers, clinker, gypsum and other additives are dosed, which go into a ball mill and are ground to the required fineness (according to GOST - the residue on a sieve of 80 microns is no more than 15%);
7. The finished product (cement) is unloaded into silos for further shipment to cement trucks or sent to the bagging line.
