Cement plant 500 tons per day:

The principle of operation of a full -cycle cement plant:

1. The starting raw materials - limestone, clay, additives - enters the warehouse where crushing, drying and loading into storage silos is carried out;

2. From silos, the material is unloaded to the strip dispensers and enters the ball mill;

3. In a ball mill is carried out by a paraul to a 100-200 microns' faction and is unloaded into a silos of homogenization;

4. In the silos of homogenization, the composition of the raw material is aligned to obtain a stable composition of the final product;

5. From the silos of homogenization, the raw material score enters the cyclones of preliminary heating, and then is burnt in a rotating furnace at a temperature of up to 1,500 degrees and passes through the cooler into an intermediate bunker;

6. Of the intermediate bunkers, the clinker, gypsum and other additives are dosed, which go to the ball mill and are waved to the necessary subtlety (according to GOST - the remainder on a sieve of 80 microns is not more than 15%);

7. The finished product (cement) is unloaded into silos for further shipment in cement trucks or directions to the packaging line in bags.
