Magnetic load grippers
Vendor code: 33911 24 March 92 2
Lifting magnets or load grips, are designed to hold loads and workpieces made of ferromagnetic materials. Retention occurs due to a constant magnetic field, the source of which is a permanent magnet. Load grippers are used for transportation in procurement, mechanical repair and metalworking shops, rolled steel warehouses, when performing installation and other types of work.
We produce a wide range of models that will satisfy any needs of enterprises and select grippers with characteristics for specific goals and tasks of the production process: from moving small parts and piece-made workpieces to large-sized products and metal structures. For lifting and transporting heavy or long loads (rails, beams, sheets and other profiles), we recommend using a combination of several similar magnetic grips suspended on a traverse.
The smallest manual load grabber in the line, with its own weight of less than one and a half kilograms, is capable of holding a load of up to 40 kilograms, while the lifting force is three times higher than the rated load capacity. This means that under ideal conditions: the condition and shape of the working surfaces, the chemical composition and structure of the load material, this magnet is capable of holding up to 120 kg.
So, when choosing a magnetic gripper, the following are taken into account: dimensions, weight and wall thickness of the product; lifting mechanism (manually, overhead crane, with or without crossbar). If you have not used magnetic grippers before, then the technical specifications for the correct selection are required.
