This modification became the most numerous of all modifications of the "thirty-four" manufactured during the war. 23,332 vehicles were produced. Tanks similar to the "Sniper" - without a commander's cupola - were produced in 11,461. The T-34 "with a turret-nut" was produced in series from June 1942 to March 1944 at five factories: No. 183 in Nizhny Tagil, No. 112 "Krasnoe Sormovo" in Gorky, No. 174 in Omsk, UZTM in Sverdlovsk and in Chelyabinsk at ChKZ. Today only a few of them have survived.
