Multichannel metal stress scanner “ANTISTRESS - MAGNET plus”
A scanning type device that allows you to quickly identify and visualize in metal structures:
- local areas with increased stress-strain state (SSS) of the metal;
- zones of plastic deformation of the metal and accumulation of microcracks;
- areas with structural disturbances and phase transformations of the metal;
- areas of metal with significant deviations in the chemical composition of steel from the requirements of GOST and TU.
A multi-channel scanner of metal mechanical stresses is designed for continuous monitoring of the magnitude of mechanical stress of a steel product, metal structure made of structural steel, according to the distribution of the strength (induction) of the metal's residual magnetization field.
The scanner can be used in field, workshop and laboratory conditions.
Indication of measurement results:
- graphical scan of the measured values of the strength (induction) of the residual magnetization field of the metal, as well as the calculated values of the mechanical stress of the metal, in the form of a color cartogram or graphs;
- output of numerical values and recording of measurement results in units of measurement of the strength (induction) of the residual magnetization field of the metal (µT), and mechanical stress of the metal (MPa).
The reading indication device is a color liquid crystal display with a touch screen.
The device operates at ambient temperatures from minus 20ºС to plus 70ºС!!!
Advantages of the complex:
1. Continuous measurement at a speed of up to several tens of measurements per second, and not point by point.
2. Normal indication by a graph in real time, without the use of a computer i.e. We made a pass before and after vibration treatment of the metal - we immediately saw the difference on the screen.
