As a result of the overhaul of the equipment, we will restore a significant part of its original working resource (extension of the service life), improve the technical condition and appearance of the machine. Overhaul contributes to savings at the expense of funds allocated for the current repair of equipment and related costs, including the purchase of spare parts and materials, salaries of repair workers, storage and transportation costs. Overhaul contributes to reduced downtime, increased productivity and efficiency in the use of equipment. Overhaul costs are significantly lower compared to the costs of purchasing new equipment. Re-equipment and modernization allow: - to improve certain technical and operational characteristics of the machine, - to expand or change the functionality of the machine. We are ready to convert a basic tracked vehicle (tractor, bulldozer) into a complex engineering vehicle on our own, such as: drilling, cable-laying machine, trencher, pile driver, etc. At the customer's request, we will equip the machine with the necessary front and rear-mounted specialized equipment (dozer blade, grubber, ripper, winch, etc.). During overhaul, re-equipment and modernization, it is agreed with the customer which parts, assemblies, assemblies and equipment will be new and which will be repaired. The specification of repair works is attached to the contract. 2. Manufacturing and delivery of remanufactured tracked vehicles on order. An excellent option for those who are limited in funds to purchase new equipment, as well as for those who need equipment for a short period of time in order to perform a certain amount of work. Our company is ready to offer the following remanufactured equipment: tractor / bulldozer T-130, T-170, T-170B, B10, B10B, B10M, B10MB,other. When manufacturing a restored machine, the customer agrees which parts, assemblies, assemblies and equipment will be new and which will be repaired. The specification of repair works is attached to the contract. Each piece of equipment is supplied with a full package of documents required for its registration with the State Technical Supervision Authorities.
