DESCRIPTION OF THE SHORT TAKE-OFF AND LANDING AIRCRAFT CH 8000 AG - "Aray"

The all-metal 4-seater CH 8000AG aircraft is an improved modification of the CH801 whale aircraft popular in the USA and Canada. In Kazakhstan, this aircraft is produced under the name "Aray".

For long-term and safe operation of the aircraft on intensive aviation chemical works, the aircraft developer Zenair, Canada increased the strength of the CH 801 prototype to a maximum overload of -7.5 g / + 4.5 g, which made it possible to increase the maximum take-off weight to 1136 kg and payload up to 590 kg.

Textron Lycoming IO-375 B2B piston boxer injection engine with 185 hp. normally runs on motor gasoline A-95 or A-96.
