Installation of Neva MD-T1.p3/M1 is a high-tech solution for automatic demagnetization of pipes with a diameter of 60 to 1420 mm. It is suitable for use both at construction sites and in production conditions. The device allows you to demagnetize the ends of the pipes, joints during welding and whole pipes - without the need to attract highly qualified personnel. The process takes only 1.5-2.0 minutes, which makes it economical and convenient.
The device-the modernized version of Neva MD-T1.p3-is equipped with an automatic mode with a feedback from the end sensor. This provides accuracy and stability of the result. The installation supports three methods of demagnetization - alternating, impulse and compensatory - which guarantees complete and reliable elimination of residual magnetization. At the same time, the power required for work is only 12 kW, which makes it economical and convenient for use with mobile generators
