The Neva device MD-T2 is a modern installation with two independent channels, which allows you to simultaneously demagnetize two joints of a mounted pipe. This is especially true when welding pipelines, where residual magnetization can lead to seam defects and a decrease in the quality of the connection. The device provides high accuracy and stability of the process, as well as ease of use thanks to a compact design and a thoughtful control system.
Each channel is equipped with its own remote control, universal demagnetizing winding and connecting cable. To control residual magnetization, two magnetic field indicators are supplied in the kit. The device supports two demagnetization modes - compensation and impulse - which allows you to flexibly approach the tasks depending on the level of pipe magnetization.
The MD-T2 device works from the mobile generator and is designed for voltage fluctuations from 180 to 250 V, which makes it reliable in any conditions. The built -in system of protection against short circuit, overvoltage, voltage, overheating and other factors ensures safety and durability of operation. Additionally, the device can be equipped with reels for pipes with a diameter of up to 2000 mm, which expands its functional capabilities.
