A line of continuous production of activated coal is sold by steam-gas activation at high temperatures of 750-1000 C0.

The payback of the production line with the available sales market is 6 months.

The equipment is located in Kazan in excellent condition, acquired to execute a state contract.

• The productivity of the furnace in wood active coal: 35,000-60,000 kg per month, depending on the iodine number.
• The productivity of the furnace on coal on coconut and coal basis: 70,000-120,000 kg per month.
• The production line has a wide range of processed raw materials, such as - carbonizate of wood, stone coke, walnut shell, fruit bones, olives, other fruit crops and other carbon -containing materials.
• The line of steam -gas activation can be used both an independent unit of equipment for carbonization of various carbon products, and to obtain various activated coals and adsorbents, regeneration/reactivation of all grades of coal, and the performance of the impregnation (saturation) of coal with various chemical reagents.
• The steam -gas activation reactor is made of special heat -resistant and durable steel. In the process of activation, the production line selects combustion products that can be redesigned and used as a heat source.

The equipment was tested for compliance with the requirements of TR TS 010/2011 “On the safety of machinery and equipment”, GOST 12.2.003-91 “Labor Safety System. Production equipment. General safety requirements. ”

The final cycle of the production line is the receipt of activated coals, such as:

• Coal activated (active) brands AG-2, AG-3, GOST 20464-75;
• Coal activated (active) brands Bau, Bau-MF, Duck, GOST 6217-74;
• Coal activated (active) brands Ar-A, AR-B, Ar-V, GOST 8703-74;
• Coal activated (active) brands OU, OU-B, OU, GOST 4453-74;
• Coal activated (active) brand "Coconut";
• Coal of activated (active) brands of BAU-BAU, BAU-LVP, BAU-LVZ, which have different fields of application at enterprises operating in:

1. water treatment and water treatment, including drinking water;
2. gas cleaning;
3. solvent recovery;
4. extraction of gold;
5. lightening syrups;
6. manufacturing of salon and cigarette filters;
7. processing of fats and vegetable oils;
8. the manufacture of personal protective equipment for respiratory organs;
9. cleaning of technological solutions (amines, glycerin, glycols, etc.);
10. cleaning of water-alcohol solutions and the manufacture of alcoholic beverages.
