Description shot blast machine
Machine consists of a main body (cabin), Elevator, separator, filter, cyclone, dryer systems and turbines.Design the units are designed for maximum stone size of 700 mm.
Use
Floor and wall panels decorative sandblasting, sandblasting of marble figures and marble columns, sand blasting curbs and exterior flooring, granite, travertine, etc. it is used for sand-blasting of natural stones.
Principle job
the Materials to be processed is reliably placed on the moving belt. The belt speed of 1 m / min to 10 m/min, adjustable electronic control . The first action is given by pressing the button * start * control panel. The materials to be sandblasted are moved on a moving belt into the cabin. The speed of the abrasive and the sheet is adjustable according to the desired achievement of surface roughness of the material. With turbines mounted on the machine body, the surface material, polished at one time. The abrasive which polishes the surface , poured into the base of the machine,and from there moved to the Elevator with a spiral, and then into the separator. In the separator, the abrasive is cleaned from dust , and goes into the turbine, the separated dust falls into the filter. Materials subject to grinding, are moved on a moving belt and are removed from the machine being available for later use. After completion of the processing button is pressed* stop* to complete the cleaning process.
