Vehicle YAG-6
Vendor code: 43859 21 May 1593 50
YAG-6 car, model 1933.
YAG-6 was a variant of the YAG-4 truck previously produced at the same plant. The difference consisted in changes in overall dimensions: width (2500 mm versus 2460 mm for the YAG-4), front (1780 mm versus 1750 mm) and rear wheel tracks (1860 mm versus 1784 mm), as well as modifications to components and parts, a total of 270 changes . Otherwise, the truck remained without significant changes. Of course, the design dating back to the 1920s, based on the YA-5 model, was completely outdated by the mid-1930s, and the ZIS-5 engine, which was weak for a heavy truck, made the YAG-6 rather slow-moving, especially at maximum load.
